Many made-to-order costumes can be customized with your preferred fabric, appliqués, and embellishments. Additional rhinestones and appliqués are included within the scope of the selected design.

Return or exchange

Because each costume is produced specifically for you, made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or differs materially from the confirmed order details, please contact us promptly so that we can make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. Once materials have been prepared or production has begun, cancellations and major design changes may not be possible.

Will the finished costume look exactly like the photos?

Each costume is made individually by our production team. Minor variations in appliqué placement, rhinestone arrangement, fabric texture, and color appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the handcrafted nature of the garment and do not affect the overall design.

What is the delivery lead time?

For Made-to-order items, typically 4-6 weeks.
